MAKING A PURCHASE
Making a purchase could not be easier. Browse our products and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for details that we need to be able to satisfy your order. Email address and contact telephone number.

DELIVERY
We are a small independant shop with no warehouse facilities. All orders are packed in our shop, therefore please allow 7-10 days for delivery in the UK.
Orders are sent by Royal Mail Signed For Service where possible, carriage is charged by weight. Heavier items will be sent by Royal Mail Standard parcel Service. Carriage charges will be calculated and displayed when you go to the checkout.

All goods will need to be signed for on delivery. We will send the goods to the delivery address you gave us at the time you placed your order. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the details you have provided are accurate. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect delivery, delay in delivery or non-delivery due to customer error.
PAYMENT & SECURITY
Online payment, we accept payment by all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta, Maestro, Solo, Visa Electron. We also accept all credit and debit cards carrying the Mastercard and Visa logos.
Your paymemt card details are securely transmited directly from your computer to our payment service providor. We do not have access to any of these details. When your payment is processed, the invoice address you have entered is automatically checked against the address held by your card issuer, if these do not match, payment will be declined and your order will not be authorised. Should your payment not be authorised you will be notified immediately. Please note that these checks are for our customers own protection.
If you do not wish to pay for your goods on-line, email details of your order to info@silksisters.co.uk and we will telephone you to make payment arrangements.
Payment by cheque and postal order must have cleared, before items are sent. Please make cheques and postal orders payable to Silk Sisters and send to 4 Market Street, Otley. LS21 3AF.
We do not disclose buyers information to third parties.
